Edward Meleki is the Founder and Managing Director of Edward Meleki Ventures Limited and provides strategic leadership across the Company's diversified business portfolio.
He holds a Master of Science in Tropical Forestry and is an accomplished forestry and environmental professional with extensive experience in programme management, climate change, natural resource management, sustainable agriculture and corporate leadership across Southern and Eastern Africa.
Throughout his career, he has led and supported large-scale programmes funded by governments, international development agencies, multilateral organisations and private-sector partners. His work has focused on restoring degraded landscapes, strengthening climate resilience, improving rural livelihoods and promoting sustainable natural resource management.
Edward brings together technical expertise and executive leadership, enabling the Company to integrate commercial objectives with sustainable development principles.
